Resolved Missing info in IP search

I might have just missed this before, but I'm not sure how I would have. Anyways, the following information is missing in most IP search results:

ISP
Organization
Connection type

Again, I'm thinking all of this info was there when I first started using it, on October 17, but it's mostly missing now. There are a few times it will show the ISP, but not many.
 
Sorry, I missed this note. I am looking into the issue. I was recently out of the country and thought it was just that way in the country I was visiting but now I am back I see it is that way from my house, which is not normal.
 
I can confirm the issue is with the API we use. I have pointed out the issue and hope to have it resolved soon. If they are unable to resolve then I will implement a different source for IP Geolocation.
 
I know the holidays are quickly approaching, and I assume you won't be working must over the next several days, but I was just curious if you'd heard anything back from your API provider about this missing info yet?
 
Their last message was on 12/12 and they said they had the request and it was in their backlog. I gave them until early January before I switch providers. I have already started work on the backend to use a different API.

I have began testing a new provider
