This change will result in fewer resolutions.
In Czechia (Czech Republic), we will be blanking out the subdivision, city, and postal fields more often.
In Japan, we will be blanking out the city and postal fields more often for cell networks.
In Mexico City, we will be blanking out the borough in the city field more often for cell networks.
